Heat Level and Flavor: Peter Peppers offer a medium heat level, ranging from 5,000 to 30,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), making them spicier than jalapeños. They possess a fruity pepper flavor with an intense spiciness, enhancing a variety of culinary creations. 

Cultivation: These peppers thrive in sunny locations with well-drained, fertile soil. They prefer a growing position in slight shade and protected from the wind. The pods start off light green when young but turn to beautiful red when mature.
